1. Service Agreement


When you book a cleaning service with us, you agree to provide accurate information and ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or access is denied.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations


Appointments must be scheduled in advance. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing & Payments


All prices are subject to change based on the scope of work and condition of the property. Full payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payments.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee


Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue. Re-cleans are offered at our discretion.

5. Damage & Liability


While we take great care in our work, VividlyLuxo Cleaning Service LLC is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed before cleaning
  • Items not secured properly (e.g. shelves, wall décor)
  • Any damages not reported within 24 hours of service

Please secure or remove valuables before the cleaning appointment.

6. Client Responsibilities


Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Access to water, electricity, and trash disposal
  • A safe and respectful environment for our cleaners
  • Clear instructions for entry if the client will not be present

7. Right to Refuse Service


We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service due to unsafe conditions, harassment, or disrespectful behavior towards our staff.

8. Privacy Policy


Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your data.

9. Changes to Terms


We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
